Max 20x plan capped at 3 cloud scheduled sessions — same as Max 5x

Description

On the Max 20x plan ($200/month), I hit the following error when attempting to create a 4th scheduled trigger:

"Your plan gets 3 daily cloud scheduled sessions. Disable or delete an existing schedule to continue."

This is the same limit reported for Max 5x in #40124. The 20x plan should have a higher scheduled task limit than 5x — paying 4x more for the same cap doesn't make sense.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Be on Max 20x plan
  2. Create 3 scheduled triggers via RemoteTrigger / Claude Code web
  3. Attempt to create a 4th
  4. Receive the "3 daily cloud scheduled sessions" error

Expected behavior

Max 20x should have a higher scheduled task limit than Max 5x, consistent with how other plan features scale by tier.

Additional context

  • Per-tier limits for cloud scheduled sessions are not documented anywhere — not on the scheduled tasks docs, plan comparison page, or help center
  • Related: #40124 (requesting documentation of limits per tier)
  • Scheduled tasks are still labeled "research preview" which may explain the flat cap, but the error message implies the limit is plan-aware ("Your plan gets...")
  • Screenshot of billing page confirms Max 20x plan at $216/month

Request

  1. Clarify the intended scheduled task limits per plan tier
  2. If 3 is intentionally the same across all tiers, document that
  3. If 20x should get more, fix the cap
