Problem Statement

I just came over to Claud after working on a software project for over a week with Codex. Compared to Codex, which lets me work all day on my standard account, the "Pro" plan on Claude barely lets me get an hour of work done before it is clamping me down. Every time Claude fixes a bug in the software it moves the usage bar like 5%. I don't feel like I am using a paid plan... let alone a "pro" plan. This feels more like Chat GPT's free plan that shuts you down after an hour of conversation.

I've been hearing lots of good things about Claude and I am impressed with the App... but this level of throttling on a paid account really rains on your parade. It feels very stingy or greedy for a monthly fee compared to what I have been using. If these are the limits of the "pro" level and the next level starts at $100 per month....I don't see a practical reason for using Claude as an individual.

Proposed Solution

So my feature request is this: Bump up the short term usage window so that a Claud Code user can work for more than an hour at at time without needing to wait 2 hours for the timer to reset. It is infuriating and disruptive to the process.

Thank you.
