[Feature Request] Add configurable context window size setting (200k-1M range)

Bug Description
1M context window is too much, 200k is sometimes too low. Could we get a setting to set custom context window in that range? Ideally, I'd like to be able to set a single default that'd be used for each new session, and also be able to customize context window size in each of my open sessions without changing the default. But the main thing is the first part - to be able to set the default context window size in the range of 200k - 1M.
