[BUG] Project skills not loading in version 2.1.88

What's Wrong?

In version 2.1.88, my project's skills aren't loading.

What Should Happen?

Skills should load in the autocomplete, and work when I use call them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade to 2.1.88

1. Try to call a project skill

1. It doesn't autocomplete the name, or run the skill (Unknown skill: /hello)
