Setting up Claude’s workspace should be finalized

Claude Desktop v1.1.9134
Hyper-V enabled and confirmed working (Get-VM returns empty)
ESET antivirus (pausing it didn't help)
Workspace stuck on "setting up" indefinitely
CPU, Disk, Memory all low during setup
