[BUG] There was another service outage. I have no idea what kind of compensation, apology, or improvement you are making.

You’re selling $100 and $200 plans, but the service doesn’t work. There’s no apology, no notice about the cause of the outage, nothing. You sell business plans and then treat customers like beta testers. If that’s what you’re going to do, you shouldn’t have sold these plans in the first place. I wonder if you’ve ever considered proper compensation for the business disruptions customers face when your service is down.

It’s so frustrating that trashy startups like this keep popping up.
