[BUG] Cowork "Virtualization is not available" on Windows 11 Pro - VM never initializes

What's Wrong?

OS: Windows 11 Pro
Claude Desktop: latest version

Error message: "Virtualization is not available — Claude's workspace
requires Virtual Machine Platform, but the virtualization service
isn't responding."

What I tried:

• Restarted PC multiple times
• Enabled Virtual Machine Platform, Windows Hypervisor Platform in Windows Features
• Clean reinstall of Claude Desktop
• CoworkVMService status: Running (Automatic)
• AppData\Claude\logs folder does not exist - VM never initializes

Restarting does not resolve the issue.
