Hi, same issue on Windows.

Version: 2.1.85
OS: Windows
~/.claude.json shows hasAvailableSubscription: false despite active Max plan.
No DISABLE_TELEMETRY or NONESSENTIAL_TRAFFIC env vars.
Fresh auth login doesn't fix it.
Please fix the server-side flag for this account.
