any countermeasures in progress to resolve the Claude Code overloaded error?

Overloaded errors occur very frequently during work hours. I'm spending between $100 and $200, but it's highly undesirable that situations where I can't use the service keep repeating.

I've noticed that usage limits have recently been tightened without any particular notice, and I'm dissatisfied because errors continue to occur on top of that.

I'm curious if Anthropic has any countermeasures for this. I need to reconsider spending money on a service that stops working at critical moments, no matter how good this service is.
