What's Wrong?

Since March 28, 2026, the rate limit for simple inquiries has been increasing dramatically without any discernible reason. The help pages provide no content, only the headings. Support is unreachable, and it is completely incomprehensible to the customer how billing is handled.

This creates the risk of users being left stranded mid-use without any results.

What Should Happen?

Transparency must be established for customers regarding how the payment models are billed. Otherwise, this must be demanded through consumer protection agencies.
