[BUG] selected base branch not used as origin

What's Wrong?

When selecting a base branch, session ignores it and uses main instead automatically

What Should Happen?

Selected base branch should have been used instead of main branch

1. open Claude Code web
2. select repository + base branch different from main
3. let Claude code
4. ask which branch has been used as base
