[FEATURE_REQ]: Add response before embarking

Not sure how else to phrase it!

Before embarking on the plan that Claude proposes, there are often times I want to add a slight adjustment. Instead of selecting No, I'd prefer to input a short comment to adjust the plan then embark (select Yes on the plan).

Feature Request:

• When in plan mode, allow the Claude text input so user can adjust the plan AND select Yes
