Feature Request: Question Tool

Background: Roo code has a question tool. The chat agent can use this tool to compose a multiple choice question to present to the user. When the user selects a response, this generates a response message. The user may choose to instead respond with a custom message.

Experience: Users can customize roo workflows to use the question tool, prompting the user with good options. This allows the AI to efficiently suggest multiple potential next steps in a concise and understandable way. This lowers the friction of the user reviewing this prompts making them comfortable with receiving them more often, keeping the agent more aligned with the user.

Feature Request

The existing claude code interface for approving operations has all the user interface elements required for a question tool. Give claude access to this tool so it can (1) recognize when the tool is available (2) use it when directed to prompt the user. Consider making it on my default with some conservative default criteria so the agent can use it to improve user results without user direction.
