macOS: Cannot paste images via Cmd+V or drag and drop

Description

On macOS, it is not possible to add images to a Claude Code conversation via:

• Cmd+V (paste from clipboard)
• Drag and drop into the chat window

Both methods are non-functional. The documentation suggests drag and drop should work, but it does not.

Steps to reproduce

1. Take a screenshot (Cmd+Shift+4) or copy any image to clipboard
2. Attempt to paste with Cmd+V into the Claude Code input — nothing happens
3. Attempt to drag and drop the image file into the Claude Code window — nothing happens

Expected behaviour

Images should be insertable via Cmd+V and/or drag and drop, consistent with what the documentation describes.
