Voice mode: Space key moves cursor instead of triggering recording

Description

When activating voice mode via /voice, pressing and holding Space moves the cursor forward instead of triggering voice recording.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start Claude Code CLI
  2. Run /voice — get confirmation: "Voice mode enabled. Hold Space to record."
  3. Hold Space
  4. Expected: Voice recording starts
  5. Actual: Cursor moves forward (space character is typed)

Environment

  • OS: macOS (Darwin 24.6.0)
  • Claude Code: CLI (standalone terminal)
  • Shell: zsh
