[Bug] Rate Limiting: Token/Request Limits Exceeded Too Quickly During Normal Usage

please guys wtf are you doing, plz resolve the limits issue or let us know what are we doing wrong that all the limits are getting filled so fast, can't even code for an hour, what are you guys doing , please resolve this i am going mad.
