Autocomplete fails for file references when using Slash Commands

Bug Description
When you use a slash command I can't autocomplete file names with TAB.
The use case is I made a user command for TDD and want to give the feature requirements I have in a text file as context. As I can't autocomplete with TAB, I always have to write the complete filename of the requirements.
