[BUG] Remote Control not enabled on Pro — 'not yet enabled for your account'

Environment

• Claude Code version: 2.1.74 (Claude Code)
• Plan: Claude Pro
• Auth: oauth_token / firstParty
• OS: macOS (MacBook Pro)

Steps to reproduce

1. Authenticated via /login — confirmed authMethod: oauth_token, apiProvider: firstParty
2. Ran claude remote-control in project directory

Error

Error: Remote Control is not yet enabled for your account.

Expected behavior
Remote Control should start and display a session URL/QR code per the official docs stating Pro plan is supported.

Notes
Auth is working normally (regular claude sessions function fine). Appears to be a backend enablement issue. Related: #28098, #29037, #28817. Requesting manual account enablement if rollout is still in progress.
