[Bug] Remote control mode: questionnaire from plan agent not visible on iOS app, blocks session progression

Bug Description
When using remote-control with iOS Claude App, when the plan agent outputs questionaire to answer, this is not visible from the app and places the session in a lock. You have to answer the questions at the local machine to be able to progress the session from the remote iOS app.
