[FEATURE] Enable Bypass Permissions mode in an already ongoing session

Problem Statement

Sometimes I start sessions in a less permissive mode. But as longer sessions become more and more common I occasionally find myself wanting to switch to bypass permissions mode after becoming more confident the agent is on the right track.

Proposed Solution

I'd like to be able to switch on bypass permissions mode during an active sessions through a command like /bypass-permissions.
