What's Wrong?
In vs code extension for claude, after claude finishes its response with thinking, the thinking time keep stacking up unlimited

the time should not stack up.

Steps to Reproduce
turn on thinking mode in vscode and just run any prompt and as you keep clicking the thinking component the time keep changing.
