[Bug] Remote Control feature disabled for authenticated Pro account despite previous access

Bug Description
claude remote-control returns "Error: Remote Control is not yet enabled for your account." This was working previously. Issue persists after full logout, re-authentication via OAuth, and claude update. Auth status confirms: loggedIn=true, authMethod=oauth_token, apiProvider=firstParty. No ANTHROPIC_API_KEY set.
