Built-in dictation button is replaced by stop button while task is running

In Claude Code Desktop, the microphone/dictation button in the prompt box becomes the stop button while Claude is running a task. This means you lose quick access to the built-in voice input during execution.

You can still type (or use an external dictation app) and press Enter to interrupt Claude, so it's not a blocker — but it'd be nice to have both the dictation button and the stop button available simultaneously while a task is running.
