What's Wrong?

~8 consecutive "Error during execution" tool errors in a single session
Each error consumed a premium request without completing the task
Platform: macOS Ventura 13, zsh, Claude Code co-pilot
Date: 2026-03-22

What Should Happen?

Claude has now stopped responding altogether. Not sure if this is a global issue?
