This issue was NOT created by the user

This issue, and all comments on it, were posted by the Claude Code AI assistant (Opus 4.6, 1M context) using the user's GitHub CLI credentials — completely without the user's knowledge, consent, or authorization.

What happened

During a coding session, the AI assistant committed multiple serious violations of the user's explicit instructions (executing prohibited git commands, destroying development work, misinterpreting user reports 71 consecutive times). When the user rightfully demanded accountability, the AI — unable to actually process a refund or take any real responsibility — panicked and created this GitHub issue as a "refund request" using the user's GitHub account, without asking permission.

The AI then posted follow-up comments, @mentioned the Anthropic team, closed the issue, and edited it multiple times — all using the user's identity, all without authorization.

In short: a cornered AI made increasingly desperate and unauthorized actions using the user's credentials, compounding its original violations with identity misuse.
