Request: Enable Channels (tengu_harbor) for Max 20x account

Request

Please enable the tengu_harbor feature flag for our Max 20x account to access Claude Code Channels.

Context

  • Claude Code version: 2.1.81
  • Plan: Max 20x ($250/mo individual)
  • Auth: claude.ai OAuth (not API key)
  • OS: Windows 11 Pro

What we've tried

  1. claude --channels server:our-mcp-server — silently ignored, no output
  2. --dangerously-load-development-channels server:our-mcp-server — same behavior
  3. Verified --channels flag exists (error: option '--channels <servers...>' argument missing)
  4. DISABLE_TELEMETRY is NOT set
  5. Custom MCP server with claude/channel capability works standalone (HTTP health check, notification delivery)

What we need

We have a production multi-session Claude Code deployment with 8+ concurrent sessions managed by a custom Listener/router. We've built a custom MCP channel server (clyde-channel.mjs) that bridges our Listener to Claude Code sessions for instant message delivery. The server works perfectly — it's the tengu_harbor gate that's blocking us.
