Request: Enable Channels (tengu_harbor) for Max 20x account

Request
Please enable the tengu_harbor feature flag for our Max 20x account to access Claude Code Channels.
Context
- Claude Code version: 2.1.81
- Plan: Max 20x ($250/mo individual)
- Auth: claude.ai OAuth (not API key)
- OS: Windows 11 Pro
What we've tried
claude --channels server:our-mcp-server— silently ignored, no output--dangerously-load-development-channels server:our-mcp-server— same behavior- Verified
--channelsflag exists (error: option '--channels <servers...>' argument missing) DISABLE_TELEMETRYis NOT set- Custom MCP server with
claude/channelcapability works standalone (HTTP health check, notification delivery)
What we need
We have a production multi-session Claude Code deployment with 8+ concurrent sessions managed by a custom Listener/router. We've built a custom MCP channel server (clyde-channel.mjs) that bridges our Listener to Claude Code sessions for instant message delivery. The server works perfectly — it's the tengu_harbor gate that's blocking us.
