Allow starting a fresh session from Telegram channel

Feature Request

When using Claude Code via the Telegram channel integration, there is currently no way to start a fresh session (clear context) from within Telegram itself. Users must return to their terminal and either restart Claude Code or use /clear in the CLI.

Proposed Behavior

Add a command or mechanism (e.g., a /clear or /reset message in Telegram) that allows users to reset/clear the current session context without needing access to the terminal.

Use Case

Users who are away from their terminal and interacting with Claude Code purely through Telegram have no way to manage session context remotely.
