Unresponsive Agent Execution: Claude Stops Mid-Task Without Error Handling

Bug Description
Jul 16, 2025. Something happened within the last 30 minutes. Claude will just stop without any response or going to the next action, even with an active todo list. I already submitted a bug but when it created the issue in GitHub it attached an error that indicated the keychain may be corrupted so I logged out and logged back in to check and to do this again to see what the error is because it's not shown in the CLI which would also be helpful.

Same issue here, haven't been able to find a common thread with what it's trying to do that sets it off.

Got it. Thank you for confirming so quickly. I was starting to worry because I was creating a Swift CLI with built in key rotation to work with my iCloud keychain to manage my secrets across my stack and... well, I thought I broke something. I appreciate the added clarity here.
