What's Wrong?

bom utf-8형식의 인코딩된 스킬파일은 스킬목록에서 description이 보이지 않는다.

What Should Happen?

만들어진 스킬의 description이 스킬 목록에서 표시되어야한다.

1. 스킬파일을 만들고 인코딩 형식을 bom utf-8 형식으로 저장한다.
2. 생성된 스킬파일을 /로 검색한다.
