[Feature Request] Allow including .gitignore-excluded files in @ file picker

Bug Description
All .gitignore files are excluded from the @ file picker. This doesn’t align with data or other use cases, where I a user might work with local files (csv, pdf, xlsx, etc.) that should not be added to github. Quick referencing with @ is preferred to manually typing the file path or dragging and dropping.
