  • Operating System: Windows 11
  • Terminal: Powershell

Bug Description

When launching claude code on windows for first time with Anthropic Console account API usage billing I get the following popup in the browser at URL https://console.anthropic.com/oauth/authorize?code=true

Invalid OAuth Request
Missing client_id parameter

I do NOT have this problem with wsl.
