[Bug] Status line shows incorrect model when multiple Claude sessions run with different models

Bug Description
every time i switch models, it gets persisted to my settings.json automatically (i assume so that the next claude session will use it by default). But, my status line shows my model by reading that settings.json so if i have multiple claude sessions open with different models, they all just show what that settings.json says, which is misleading. this either seems like a bug, or a missing feature - i should be able to run multiple sessions with different models and be able to have my status line reflect the right model for each session
