[BUG] CoworkVMService stuck on old version, blocks reinstall on Windows 11 Pro

What's Wrong?

Error: 0x80070002 — failed to register windows.service extension
Service cannot be deleted — access denied even as Administrator
Claude not visible in Settings → Apps or winget
