What's Wrong?

Logged in with my regular pro plan instead of business plan. Full usage left.
logged in on both CLI as well as in vscode.
I get API Error: Rate limit reached.
I am not logged in via API key, I am logged in with my subscription (confirmed in Pro plan title at top of CLI)

What Should Happen?

i should be able to ue it
