Problem Statement

I think there are few basic things that reasonable people would consider basic knowledge of coding.

"Do not assume or infer the shape of API responses"
"Do not hallucinate library methods"
"Do not swallow exceptions by default"

Proposed Solution

There has been a lot bug reports about claude.md and memory.md not really functioning past compaction, so I won't go there, I think actually there are a few things like the above, that should just be baked in, non negotiable.
