[FEATURE] Add prompt enhancement capabilities with UI trigger

Problem Statement

AugmentCode has a prompt enhancement tool built into its UI, it has radically improved adoption and confidence among my engineering team. I think having that In Claude, Claude Code, and CoWork would be exceptionally valuable.

Proposed Solution

Inside each tool, add a user initiated trigger that reads, enhances, and edits the current prompt provided by the user.

Claude Code and Cowork could get a button based trigger.

The CLI could have /enhance command or simply support a hot key

Use Case Example

Example Scenario: an engineer who is naive to agentic coding uses an overly simple prompt and is confused by the results.
Example alternative solution: the same engineer provides a basic Vibe prompt but then clicks enhance. They are asked a few clarifying questions and then presented with a high quality prompt before work is executed.
