New Hook suggestion: PostCompact

Hi,

I would like to add PostCompact hook. The reason is that summary that /compact creates is not good enough and CC (Claude Code) loses context/direction often. on PreCompact I create my own summary and want CC to read it at PostCompact.

Obviously the best case is /compact creates session summary to such level that CC does not loose context.
