[BUG] CLAUDE CODE NEVER RESPONDS ANYMORE

What's Wrong?

Any time we use claude code (on pro) for hte last 2 weeks it hangs for 10+ minutes, requires constant page refreshing and now in the last 2 days it no longer replies at all. It sits spinning indefinitely. there are 4 different chats in this state. 2 others it just sat like that for 4-5 hours and then only presents a completely black screen.

The service is absolutely unusable, and that doesnt take into account the dramatic fall in quality of the opus model. it constantly lies about what its (not) done, tries to re-add bugs I fixed, lies about that.

Completely unusual money hole.

What Should Happen?

obviously it should work.
