Terminal auto-scrolls to top on every tool result, making output unreadable

What's Wrong?

The screen doesn't stop moving. when you scroll somewhere in the open Claude code to copy or read text the screen keeps returning to the top of the session. To get anything done you have to wait for the system to stop then scroll up and read and copy so you cant follow the progress or any issues that may be happening. this makes doing a lot of work near impossible.

What Should Happen?

when you scroll and stop the page shouldn't move especially back to the begging of the session
