[Bug] Korean IME composing characters display delayed on Windows 11

Bug Description
Claude Code CLI에서 한글 입력 시 조합 중인 글자가 한 박자 늦게 표시되는 문제가 있습니다.
▎ Windows 11 환경에서 한국어 IME로 타이핑할 때 composing character가 지연되어 나타나 사용 경험이 좋지 않습니다. 개선을
요청드립니다.
