[Bug] Remote session URL not opening in mobile/web app, creates new session instead

Bug Description
for the https://claude.ai/code?bridge=env_01QoDBqChDs6LFMVxGPNFY1L remote session url, it is not being opened in mobile app or web app, it moves to new session, not sure about the issue
