[BUG] Custom skill throwing error unknown skill despite present

What's Wrong?

I am getting this error "Args from unknown skill: reporting-bridge".
I have to close the terminal and restarts the claude code then it works everytime I add a new skill.

What Should Happen?

As soon we add the new skill it should always be ready to execute with the slash commands.
