Errors have continued for over 3 hours with no recovery.

Environment

• Plan: Claude Max subscriber
• Tool: Claude Code (terminal, Mac)
• Terminal: Warp
• Error: 529 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"overloaded_error","message":"Overloaded"}}

Impact

Cannot continue active development work. GSD framework keeps retrying but never succeeds.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Claude Code in terminal
2. Run any /gsd: command
3. Receive 529 Overloaded error repeatedly
