Bug Description
itle: Multi-repo workspace support with coordinated worktrees

Description:

Problem: When working across multiple repos (e.g., a frontend + backend), claude --worktree only isolates one repo. The other repo is edited directly with no isolation.
Current workaround: Open separate Claude sessions with --worktree in each repo, or skip worktree isolation on secondary repos.
Request: A workspace concept that lets you define multiple repos and creates coordinated, linked worktrees across all of them in a single session — so changes stay isolated and grouped together across repos.
