[Feature Request] Notify users about plugin registry breaking changes in Claude Code

Bug Description
As I mentioned in https://github.com/anthropics/claude-plugins-official/pull/25

I don't know why but the sudden change like this made my local configurations of Claude Code which was current using this official plugin broke. I cannot uninstall or update to any version of this. I have to remove entirely every configurations of Notion plugin. Next time, please be very careful or at least you should notify to your end-users before doing any of breaking changes like this. @@
