Community plugin submission process?

Is there a process (or plans for one) for community-contributed plugins to be listed in the marketplace?

I've published a skill package on npm (@quigleybits/claude-skills) with a /recon command for project reconnaissance. It's tested, has zero dependencies, and already includes a .claude-plugin/plugin.json.

Not asking to merge into this repo — more wondering if there's a path for community plugins to be discoverable, e.g. a community section in marketplace.json or an external registry.
