Problem Statement

I rarely remember to rename a session before I exit, so having something I can hook an existing skill into or even a built in setting would be useful.

Proposed Solution

I'd like to see an interactive Stop hook or a built-in "suggest session name on exit" where when I type "exit" if the session doesn't have a name it does some analysis of what I've been discussing/working on and suggests a few name options for it to save the session as before I quit, plus gives me the option not to quit and instead resume so I can rename manually.

Alternative Solutions

I'm trying to remember to do this manually, but it's currently 50/50 on whether I remember or not.

Priority

Low - Nice to have

Feature Category

CLI commands and flags

Use Case Example

1, I'm working on a project and think I'm done for now and type exit
2, Claude notifies me that I've not named the session yet, would I like to do that and gives me a few options or would I like to either quit without naming or continue and name the session manually.
3, Assuming I selected one of the suggested names, claude names the session and quits.
