[BUG] Windows No suitable shell found

Claude CLI always reports "No suitable shell found" on Windows 11, even with Node 20.x and Git Bash installed.
Node version: 20.14.0 (via nvm-windows)
bash path: C:\Program Files\Git\bin\bash.exe
SHELL env set correctly
bash --version works in cmd
Still fails with "No suitable shell found" error
Please fix the shell detection logic for Windows + Git Bash!
