[Feature Request] Add persona-based role system with shared and persona-specific knowledge/skills

Bug Description
there have been many API disconneted sessions. I am glad that you have a "/ resume" command. aside from the crashes. you are doing amazing. have the ability to have personas inside a project folder. I have a PM, Architect, QA, Marketing, and Development. each with a very specife role and SME knowledge, I'll stop there but provision a way to have shared commands/skills and persona command/skills and shared knowledge and seperate knowledge.
