VS Code Extension Update Failed

Description

The Claude Code for VS Code extension fails to update from the Extensions panel.

Environment

• VS Code: Latest version
• Extension: Claude Code for VS Code (Anthropic)
• Issue: Clicking the Update button results in update failure

Expected Behavior

The extension should update successfully when clicking the Update button.

Actual Behavior

The update fails (as indicated by the user).

Additional Context

The extension shows "Claude Code for VS Code: Harness..." in the description and displays an Update button next to the gear icon, but the update process does not complete successfully.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue or if there's a known workaround.
